Why should I hire you?
Great question! Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost over $100,000 annually, plus benefits, and finding an available one can be tough. Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them fully occupied, meaning you could be paying for downtime. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for design work when you actually have projects.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No, there isn’t. Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you want. They will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Typically, most design requests are completed within two days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer to finish.
How does the pause feature work?
I understand you might not have a continuous stream of design work every month. If you only have a few requests at the moment, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days before pausing, you’ll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use anytime in the future.
Which softwares do you use for designing?
I am well-versed with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, Premier, Canva. Figma, Keynote, Google Slides, Powerpoint (for presentation). Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo (for emails). MidJourney, ChatGPT (AI tools).
How do I request designs?
I offer flexibility in how you can request designs using Trello. Clients typically request designs via Trello, by sharing Google docs or wireframes, or by recording a brief Loom video if they prefer not to write out their briefs. If it can be linked or shared in Trello, it works.
What if I don’t like the design?
No problem! I shall keep revising the design until you’re completely satisfied.
Is there any design work you don’t cover?
Yes, there are certain types of design work that I do not cover, including 3D modelling, complex packaging.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s perfectly fine. You can pause your subscription once the request is complete and return when you have more design needs. This way, you don’t waste the remainder of your subscription.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, I do not offer refunds.
